<em>C.B. Ragland Co., a family-owned commercial real estate firm, owns more than 600,000 square feet of real estate in Davidson County and has a stronghold south of Broadway in downtown Nashville. The company recently began a $6 million office space redevelopment of company-owned property at 300 Second Ave. S. The historic 42,000-square-foot building was most recently home to two nightclubs — The Music City Mix Factory and The Nashville Castle. It will be ready for leasing in July.
